Our top priority is to end the inequality that keeps women and girls locked in poverty, and to restore the rights denied them from birth. We want to see women and girls out of danger, out of poverty and on track to create the future they want.

The Individual Giving team sits within the Public Fundraising department and are responsible for implementing strategies to acquire and retain supporters.

We've experienced a reduction in our active supporter base and need to improve our donor engagement and retention rates. We've therefore identified prize-led fundraising as an exciting area for growth for AAUK and are looking to relaunch our Weekly Lottery.

We're looking for an External Lottery Manager to take over the operational management of our lottery and provide strategic support to help us propel our fundraising initiatives to new heights.
